PRICES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES
- Use of the “La Carezza Alpina” Wellness&Pool with sauna areas reserved for adults only. The children’s swimming pool and solarium-garden is open to guests.
- All the guest rooms and apartments can be reached by elevator; nearly everyone features a balcony and has a telephone, television, and room safe. Some have a flat screen TV.
- Welcome cocktail offered by the house and information on local programmes and activities.
- Breakfast buffet served until 10:00 am.
- Delicious gourmet dinners and gastronomic theme evenings.
- Inviting salad bar and cheese and dessert boards.
- Use of playgrounds designed especially for children with babysitting services available and daily activities planned.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Guest rooms will be available by 12:00 pm on the check in day; on the day of departure, we ask you to please vacate your room and check out by 10:00 am. In the event of delayed check in and/or early departure, your account will be charged for the days in the reservation.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
To confirm your booking, please send a security deposit of Euro 250.00 per week per room, by postal giro, credit card, or bank wire, or by non-transferrable cheque, made out to the hotel and sent by registered mail, with return receipt.
SURCHARGES AND DISCOUNTS
Full board is available for €20 per adult and €10 per kid (until 12 years not turned yet). Surcharge of 20% to 30% will be charged for stays of fewer than three days. Discount for “room and breakfast” only, €10.
